Tiki Taka // When you lack flair, pace and dribbling//4-4-2

This is a project in the making!
If you have some advice, pls share, you have some same tactic ore style ore tested this pls share, and at last want to test this with in a different League love to hear how it work. 
I wanted to make a Tiki Taka game, when lacking players with pace and dribbling and not to mention flair.
But still make a style that create chances. Try to play Tiki Taka with some new roles at the sides.
So I thought Italy is the right place. Here you NORMALLY lack some pace and dribbling. Home of tactics.

I went to my boyhood favorite club, Fiorentina A club I haven't managed in football manager after Batigol left them (my hero).

Anyway guys, I must say this system so far, you get BEAUTIFULL goals! 7-12 passes before you score. And Wide midfielder is really more offensive in this version

Tactic:
RB: secures the space BBM and Wide midfielder left open, and balance the midfield. You will get a nice triangle with the F9. And WM will both go on outside and halfspace.
AF: Stretches the game to make place for the other players to keep the ball. So his main function is to stretch the opponent.
Left side you will get a nice triangle with DLP, WP and WB.

Matches: so far so good, I had to adjust a littlebit from after the 2 first games when I didint a good enough job with OI

 

 

Table: very early, but a good balance of scoring and low GA

Possesion stat so far: Leading this table that is important when you want to make a Tiki Taka

Maybe only IWB(d) to FB(S) He would be another backwards passing option for BBM, WMA.

Hold shape is wonderful when you lead but against better teams I'd consider Regroup/Counter with a narrow mid block as well as removing Get Stuck in with a high block+ Positive mentality=too risky(yellow cards, maybe red cards)
