One thing that I think can personally enhance this game is when you’re bidding to sign a player, knowing who your are dealing with directly I always assume the DOF, but what if the club don’t have one.... also since every member of staff now has a negotiating stat. It will put that into good use and you can gauge off that the way the talks will go in terms of someone being a “Daniel Levy” as per say or someone not really skilled in negotiating so you get a better deal than expected.
