3rd year with Arsenal trying to achieve something else nothing 

 

I decided to play a 4-2-3-1 in the 3rd year maybe I will succeed this time

 

with its single instructions

if: stay narrow

CMs: Take more risks, Hold Position

 

if you could make any change what would it be ??

Given that your team instructions point to a possession-oriented style, I would not use 2 crossing-heavy roles on the same flank (winger and attacking FB on the left). More specifically, I would change the winger into IW.

On the opposite side, I would look to change the CM support into a more covering midfield role - e.g. BWM on support or carrilero - given that both wide players are played in attack-minded roles. 

Other potential tweaks would depend on my observations while testing the tactic.

in transition: sometimes counter press

with the same roles i tactically become a little more aggressive
