Goalkeeper attributes: almost every 20 meter shot is a conceded goal

I have a good young goalie, but lately, after I have promoted to upper league, almost every shot from outside penalty box is a goal. He jumpד in the air, but it is not helping Definitely I should change defensive approach of my defenders and tactics, but here I am asking specifically about goalkeeper - what characteristic is in charge of his problem ?:)

I cant really think anything else than Agility what could be affecting GK's ability to save those shots. Of course it depends how good players are in your league. Anyway in tactics wise defending wide can cause more long shot goals, Or defending too deep defline. also Defending without CMdef or DM, If you know your opponent players better Press always good long shooters if you got a feeling opponent tries to shoot more to get a goal.
