I have been playing FM since 2008 and have been a keen player ever since and love the game. To begin with, I enjoyed controlling my team's future and taking them places with my idea of how football should be played, as I got older I have become alot analytical in my gameplay with the tactics, player recuitment etc. I have found myself recently (probably due to the lockdown) feeling like I did with the game when I was younger and got that pure excitment back and I remember watching a video years ago about a guy who become a researcher for football manager. So I am bascially enquiring about the researcher roles like how to become one, what it entails etc as I love playing FM and I also watch alot of football from all divisions.
