Fluisterwoud Posted January 12, 2021 Share Posted January 12, 2021 This happens so much! It's in every FM, not just 21. Player A is a decent guy, plays some matches, usually from the bench. No problems, no concerns. Then there is the Transferdeadline! Still no sign of trouble. But when the window is closed, Player A decides he wants to talk about his future/playing minutes. Why not a week earlier? It's not that I don't want to sell him, I just don't have the time when this happens. So, every transferwindow there is this angry player who might disturb my squad happines. His Playing Time concerns are only regarding his playing time and in the discussion options you have plenty of choices to tell the player - sell on next window, another player is in form, etc. I've had success with those different options and they are happy when you follow through with what you said.
