SI could move this purple colored % bar forward when they see work is example 3/4 done. No specific info what is being improved just some kind of indicator of situation. This bar could also come only when SI feel example 75% to 100% would not be delayed for a 2 weeks to avoid customers being excited and then frustrate because 25% takes 2 weeks.
