My league requires a 6 player in squad selection to play for a minimum of 4 years between 12th and 19th birthdays in country or in club in that country. But after 10 years in game I still don't have a single player who have HGN status and sometimes I need to leave blank spaces in squad selection even to go to game. It's not possible that there is not even one player from youth intake that has trained for 4 years in the country. Even the players I buy from other clubs in the league also don’t have that status. But for continental competition its all right. They get status after playing for me on in country for 3 years between 15th and 21st birthday. Is there any solution?
