I can't verify my database and England has been removed for some reason.

Hello. I was starting to get into FM21 editor, and I made the Top 6 teams in the Premier League into non-league teams, when I went to put it into FM, it said that it needed verifying, which I don't know how to do, and when I go to select nations England has been removed along with another nation. How can I fix that?
