I purposely made my past experience Sunday league meaning I can only get bad jobs to start with. I know in the PC version you can get coaching badges is this the same on Xbox and if so how or am I stuck managing lower leagues teams because of what I’ve put my past experience? There are no coaching badges in FMT, in order to get higher profile jobs you will need to raise your managers reputation by winning trophies etc. Hope this helps. Alternatively, then how do you increase reputation for your backroom staff? eg: scouts, physio, etc.. p.s sorry to bump.
