Idea: Add in the game psychoanalisysts. Judge for yourself: a huge number of injuries, burden on doctors, stress. Psychoanalisysts would help doctors and the rest of team with their problems. Questions: 1. Why there are so many unnecessary posts in the game? According to this logic, there should be cleaners and cooks in the game. Coaches-analisysts and scouts-analisysts absolutely unnecessary in the game. Сonventional data analysts and scouts coped with their duties. Nobody of players is using technical director and head of rental department. They do everything by themselves. Can you remove this posts and return at least to what was in FM 20? I'm talking about posts. 2. Will FM 22 have an opportunity start the game as a real coach? Many players ask for it. Thank you for attention!
