If you get training reports you can directly see and react to players not performing well on training with personal talk. It's usually not a big issue thou. From my experience if you do this little trick and use 'double intensity' for players with over 90% fitness instead of just 'normal intensity' their ratings won't drop below I think 7 or 6 which is then indicated red in training reports. I have like 120 players in all teams in my club and I have very little issue with any of them underperforming in training. Even if it occurs it's like 1-2 players in whole club every two week and it takes like literally few mouse clicks to warn them about poor performance. Maybe it would be more convenient adding direct 'warn about poor training performance' button like the one in training reports to training page. It would reduce number of 'clicks' required.
