TACTICS PANEL - Player Roles - Position vs Personalised

Anyone else see a bout of schizophrenia when they default assign personalised roles to positions in the tactics panel?

For example, my LCM position is defaulted to Carrilero, but I've personalised the position to a number of players to have different roles, like Deep Lying Playmaker or Mezzala. At some point the default tactic gets befuddled and the game decides to override my default position selection (in this case Carrilero) with one of these personalised roles (say Deep Lying Playmaker). It's maddeningly daft. Why include this feature of being able to personalise position roles if it doesn't work? Seems a simple feature too.

You have to watch this game like a HAWK; there are so many of this type of glitch that can really affect results.
