KCHDD
I knoe the title is confusing so I'll explain. For example, my tactic might use a role that requires a lot of good attributes like complete forward or trequartista. When some of the players (usually backups) may not be best fit to play in these specialised roles, do I persist with the roles or change them to more generic ones, like deep lying forward or advanced playmaker? wixxi
I would ideally give them a role that suits them rather than shoehorning them into a role, but you still need to think about how the role change affects the system as a whole rather than just swapping the role and leaving it. Really it's a case of deciding whether the player will play the role well enough for the system to still work or whether he's too unsuitable and needs a different role for the system to perform well.
