JohnnyP14 Posted February 19, 2021 Share Posted February 19, 2021 When it comes to taking over a new team, it sometimes gives the option to take some of your current staff with you. I think that being able to interact with and sign other coaches(usually those who are unattached) to be a part of "my own" staff that would go with me wherever I go instead of having to search and offer contracts to each, including when I'd get initially offered a job. IMO being able to bring these with you instantaneously instead of waiting a few weeks to complete my staff. In addition, being able to have more interactions with former staff, e.g. my assistant manager takes a manager position elsewhere, having him reach out to me to see if I would help him via loaning players. And vice versa, if he goes to another team, being able to reach out to them about players and loans as well. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
