sorry if this questions has been ask befor. I would like to know how to create my own training schedules

Tugs training is giving me slot of injuries if someone can post the wat is need for each training it will be very helpful to slot of people thanks in advance

What kind of training improves different attributes:

Aerobic – Acceleration, Agility, Balance, Jumping, Pace, Reflexes

Attacking – Creativity, Passing, Vision

Ball Control – Dribbling, First Touch, Flair, Heading, Technique

Defending – Concentration, Marking, Tackling

Goalkeeping – Aerial Ability, Handling, Kicking, One on Ones, Throwing

Set Pieces – Corners, Crossing, Free Kicks, Long Throws, Penalty Taking

Shooting – Composure, Finishing, Long Shots

Strength – Natural Fitness, Stamina, Strength, Work Rate

Tactics – Anticipation, Command of Area, Decisions, Movement, Off the Ball, Positioning, Rushing out, Teamwork
