KInstinct_78 Posted February 28, 2021 Share Posted February 28, 2021 Convincing your president to pay for your Coaching License courses has become much more difficult in FM21, specially if you start from the lower leagues and without any license at all... I'm getting sick to hear that they won't pay me a course because I will leave the club if I get a better License, without being able to explain them that I don't pretend to leave the team, but to build a dynasty there and help them to get to the top. I might understand their reluctance in my first months as their manager, but after three years with them, they could start to think that I want to stay in the team. Or, at least, to give me another excuse... Also, to improve this characteristic, I think you could try to negotiate a clause with the clubs when signing or renewing a contract, to force them to pay for a course to get a new Coaching License.
