All-Star rules aren't applied in-game

Hi, I know that probably it's a known issue but would be nice to have this applied in game.

The editor has all the settings, from Competition Creation, Club Creation to Advanced Rules settings where we can specify the All-star player selection rules and even fixture selection rules.

I copied the advanced rules from Hong Kong All stars and also tried with South Korea, the only change were the Competition and Clubs that I duplicated (with the available duplicated option), the rest wasn't changed and even compare XML export for both competitions (built-in and custom) the nly changes are in TeamId and CompetitionId.

Just want to confirm if the All-Star isn't working at all in this FM21 or if I miss something configuration.
And if isn't working at all, which probably isn't, is there any future feature to make it working in near future version or even this FM version update.

Would be great and very nice to have this working, probably one of the best improvements in the FM
