Wardy1011 Posted March 2, 2021 Share Posted March 2, 2021 It'd be interesting if allowed to work as a youth team manager - particularly for longer term saves where you start off low and build up. Few features different from managing first team: Being given first team players by first team manager to use (Returning to fitness, out of favour etc.). Players being called up to first team. Potential to be given first team job if first team manager is sacked (caretaker, permanent) which may accelerate career First team manager may enforce tactics/style of play, may allow freedom. Transfers - Linked to first team managers style of play - suggest/request targets based on the manager/clubs preferences/may allow freedom to suggest any targets.
