[FM20] Is it possible to remove/reverse brexit using the in-game editor?

Hi, I am playing FM2020 and know it is possible to remove brexit using the pre-game editor. However is it possible to do something similar during a save using the in-game editor? E.g. Editing rules or agreements. I can't seem to find anywhere where you can edit the agreements.

No, removing Brexit or chaning other competition rules or agreements cannot be done via the ingame editor.
