Add an inbox item when a player gets back to training from injury

Hi,

I think that an inbox item saying that a player has gotten back into training, but is still not at full fitness would be nice. In this inbox item I would also like a quick overview of what attributes has gone down in the meantime and a dropdown menu of his training so I can put him on immediate rehabilitation for his stamina going down two points.

I think this should be added, because we can't set his training while his injury is marked red and sometimes we're not paying attention and might miss his return to training by a significant amount of time that could be spent rehabilitating instead of crosses.
