We all like making our own managers, but as another option, what if we could take over and play as a real manager, in game manager. We start with their coaching and mental stats and reputation, at whatever club they are at or not at. So as an alternative to CREATE NEW MANAGER, it could be PLAY AS REAL MANAGER, or SELECT MANAGER etc... This could create some really interesting saves. Big Sam finally decides to play Tiki Taka, Steve Mclarens career gets rejuvenated, Jose Mourinho creates glory at Spurs etc, Jurgen Klopp decides to return to Mainz... You could have it set up so that the manager (who you are now playing as) preferred tactical style and formation is easier to coach and the squads familiarity with it develops quicker. For example, if you play as Pep Guardiola, and try to play long ball, it will take longer to teach as it isn't his usual style. You can write history with favourite managers as an extra option. It's a simple request but can add some fun save ideas and simulations 😊 with the community we have people could create some legendary managers to bring back and play as also!
