FM 21 for Xbox with no Team Talks 😭

I really love to play FM since I was a children and loved the idea to play  in a Console. I am playing on Xbox One and it’s good regardless the restriction of 5 countries. I just don’t understand why SIGAMES removed the “Team Talks” before, between and after the game. I can’t praise the players after a good match or encourage the players after a bad first half. This is not good and I think it doesn’t make difference in the game performance. Why SIGAMES removed the “team talks” in the Xbox version?

The Xbox version is based on FM Touch, not full fat FM. FMT doesn't have team talks.

I still don’t understanding. There is a huge difference between a mobile and a console. I hope SIGAMES change that in the next FM for consoles.

FM Touch has nothing to do with mobiles. It's for PC, Mac, tablets and Xbox. FMM (FM Mobile) is available for phones or tablets either via the Apple store or Android. There's probably a good reason they went with the streamlined (though still not the mobile) version of full fat FM. But, I am sure they will review everything, so we will see going forward.
