Would suggest keeping an eye on Xbox Live Status here - https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status When everything is green, if you're still having problems it'd be worth contacting Xbox Live support (on the right-hand side of that link above), but hopefully the issue should be resolved.
