Manager on holiday - what about training?

Hi,

simple question but can't find any answer.

When I go on holiday i.e. for a week during a season what happens with training sessions that I'm signed for? It seems logical that these sessions are on lower level (or with bigger overload). But are they really?

Only the coders will know if the code has been written to reflect holiday period for a manager who is in sole charge of a training module- personally I would doubt that it would have any measurable impact for a short holiday like a week- over say a month, it could and you may be better to cover that module with another staff member before you go off.
