I've scouted nations but I've seen far more people scout regions instead and come away with success from it so im just wondering what peoples opinions are about it? If I don't have a country loaded, I will scout by region. Pretty much this. If enough scouts then go deeper and scout by competition which produces a more in-depth report for me.
