Cieju10
Hello, I recently came up with the idea of launching a new football game. This game would be very similar to Football manager which is why I decided to write here. The main idea of the game would be to run a football club not from the perspective of a football manager but from the perspective of the person managing the club - the general manager. From a player's perspective, his impact on club life would change. The player would not only be responsible for the first team but for managing the whole club. The player's strategy would depend on the direction of the club he was managing. The main aspects that the player would be responsible for are: 1. Finances 2. Club strategy 3. Training facilities and stadium 4. Transfers 5. Recruitment and dismissal of employees 6. Organisation of training camps 7. training of club staff 8. Managment of youth teams 9. Scouting network 10. Relations with the sponsors 11. Partner clubs 12. Social media and supporter relations 13. Employee satisfaction levels You can see more about this in the short presentation in the attachment. I have also added the potential benefits of working with a Football Manager. Feel free to share your opinion. I will be happy to answer your questions. Regards, Maciek General Manager concept.pdf
