So here we are I have gone on to start a new career but with a bit of an interesting twist massive inspiration from @ToMexico!! and his superb saves he has done. Dennis Rodman is an eccentric chap and a very interesting one at that. I wont go into all of the story about him as this is a family friendly environment. What interests me the most is his friendship with Kim Jong Un, he is not a self styled diplomat between Korea and his native USA.

My aim will be to use Dennis Rodman as a character and take over a team from North Korea and see if I can dominate the league, then Asia and then the world. I think I can only use North Korean players so I would love to develop some and show them on the world stage. I will also be taken over the National Team hopefully at some stage.

My team is

Ch'ongjin Chandongja Sports Club

Club/Facilities

As you can see we are club starting at the bottom of North Korea. I have no expectations for the first year in charge. I think the aim will be to bring in a few decent players and try and get a system that works first.

Cheers mate, I think I have seen another save on here in North Korea but cannot remember who did it.

Youth Intake Day

A decent intake but I dont think I know what it means as the star ratings are a little bit irrelevant, the ones that have some ability to help from the offset look decent enough though.

Ri Song-Hyok - he will help straight away and be one of the better players at the club from the outset

Choi Yu-Il - decent defender, I think he has a chance to be a first teamer

Kim Chol-Bom - he will need to get some help to become a first teamer but he is decent enough

Ch'ongjin Chandongja Sports Club - End of 2021 Season - Second League

Competitions - we did not enter the cup it looks like only the top league does. In the league we were fantastic and stayed unbeaten up until the 3rd game left of the season where we lost. It did however mean that we won our section at a bit of canter really. We did have to then play the playoff which we squeezed up in extra time. Promotion in year one is none to bad.

Finances - surprisingly healthy, I think the low wages and decent attendance have a lot to do with this

Transfers - a lot of players came into the squad to try and make us a little better

Stars of the Season

Pak Hyong-Chol - without doubt the best player on the team, a very good player in multiple spots

Pak Yong-Hak - very much playing above his abilities this year for us was very solid

Choe Hyon-Song  - another defender playing above himself

Next Season

We are going to struggle in the top league I fear the teams in there are so much better than us. I do not think many of our players would get into those teams. I am going to be busy bringing in some better quality players for sure. Survival is the name of the game

Youth Intake Day

Another ok intake, I dont think any of these players will be world beaters but they should be ok in the future as squad players I think. I dont really know as the quality of our squad will hopefully change to.

Ri Song-Il - defensive midfielder who looks decent enough will be in the first team squad picture

Kim Nam-Chol - a decent player but this is a position of strength for us

Choi Hun - maybe not the best player but a spot of need for us

Ch'ongjin Chandongja Sports Club - End of 2022 Season - Premier League

Competitions - we got into the cup this year. We even managed to win a couple of games within the cup and qualify through into the 1/4 finals. I was not expecting it but it was nice to see. I do not last long as we crashed out against the Champions of the league in the 1/4 finals. In the league it was honestly one of the most miserable seasons I have ever had. We managed to stay up but we lost so many games it was daft. I knew we were miles away from some of the clubs in this league but my god have we got some work to do just to become competitive in this league never mind anywhere else.

Finances - still ok but we are spending a lot more on wages and facilities

Transfers - tried to bring in a lot more new faces that were of much more quality, we got some more quality but it was not as much as we would like

Stars of the Season

Ri Hyok - the best player at the club by a long way

Pak Kyong-Jin - decent player who has done very well for me this year

Hyan Kwang-Myong - another decent defender who has done very well for us

Next Season

I think it will be more struggles for us next year. We are going to have to keep looking at bringing some better players into the team. Hopefully our reputation is up a little bit so some of the better players will think at least about joining us.

Ch'ongjin Chandongja Sports Club - End of 2023 Season - Premier League

Competitions - we had an amazing time in the cup this year. We managed to get into the semi final. We got through the group stage fairly easily. We then fell lucky and drew a time in the league below. We beat them before facing the biggest team in North Korea where we lost. In the League we looked so much better this year. We managed to win a fair few games and never looked in doubt of being relegated, we also looked not like troubling the top end but midtable is good enough.

Finances - we are spending more money on wages and the facilities so we are loosing a lot

Transfers - once again we levelled up by bringing in much better quality and much more depth. We actually also got some cash in for players

Stars of the Season

Ri Jong-Hyok - joined this year and was amazing. He only played 8 games but was superb

Kim Ju-Song - played well but I think it will be his last year of much an impact

Choi Yu-Il - a very good year and one of our better defenders

Next Season

I actually think that next year we may stand a chance of breaking into the higher places in the league and challenge for a spot in continental places. I just hope our finances can hold on long enough for us. Our young team gets better and better ever year so I am hopeful.

Ch'ongjin Chandongja Sports Club - End of 2024 Season - Premier League

Competitions - Once again we did very well in the early stages of the cup this time for the first time actually winning our group. We got through into the semi finals but we did not have enough as we lost 11-10 on pens, I was gutted but it was just not enough. In the league we had an awful start as a lot of our main players were off the Asian Games with the under 23s, we struggled as we lost five games. We did not loose another game all year as we started to dominate it was enough for us to take our first title. It is amazing.

Finances - We are a struggling here a little bit, I am trying to trim the wage budget a little but we are in a tough spot

Transfers - We did not bring in too many guys this year it was more about quality over quantity.

Stars of the Season

Ri Jong-Hyok - quickly becoming a legend in my eyes, this guy is superb. I think he should be looking at getting capped soon

Sim Chol-Min - a good striker is what we have been missing. He scored a lot this year

Choi Nam-Il - been with us for a few years now and just gets better and better

Next Season

Next year we will play in the Champions League, it will be interesting to see where we enter. I am hoping some of the players I have had my eye on may want to join, they did not think we were big enough but I am hoping now we are. I would love to get another title next year but it is going to be tough

Ch'ongjin Chandongja Sports Club - End of 2025 Season - Premier League

Competitions - For the first time ever we were in Continental Competition although it did not last long. We lost every one of our games and we were out before we knew what had hit us. In the Cup we managed to finish top of our group once again. Our good form continued throughout the cup as we reached the final again. We faced the team as last year the only difference was this time we actually won it. The League was frustrating and it was all my fault. We struggled early on in the year, I decided to change the tactics and this was the worse thing I could have done as I still struggled. In the end I went back to normal and we picked up our form and we finished 4th.

Finances - Looks ok as we count on Continental competition to stay alive

Transfers - All players that join the club come into the first team and make us better

Stars of the Season

Ri Jong-Hyok - easily my favourite player he does everything for us.

Jang Yong-Guk - joined this year and made us instantly better

Jang Kwang-Song - another superb player had another excellent season

Next Season

Next year we have to challenge for the title. I think we have a really good team now, there is no reason at all why we should not be near the top of the league. I would like to see what I can do in Continental competition as well

Smashing through the seasons with some quick improvements. I guess there's not much competition or quality from the opposition.

Surprised you're getting these upgrades through with poor finances.

Cheers mate, no nothing so far from the rivals they have stayed put. I am not sure how we are doing it to be honest I can only imagine its the prize money and also we get a decent enough crowd

Youth Intake

jBV3UAb.png?1

A much better Intake than what we have had over the last couple of years. I think there is a few players here that could well be in the first team in the next few years

Shin Myong-Il - a very good right back who looks half decent

Pyon Song - a good striker who should be in the first team conversation soon

Choi Ju-Song - I like him he may need to get some experience but could be good

Ch'ongjin Chandongja Sports Club - End of 2026 Season - Premier League

Competitions - What an amazing season we had. The big disappointment were the cup competitions where we won our league but lost out in the quarter final of the cup in a bit of a shock result. In the Champions League we managed to beat a team from Hong Kong, we then beat a big Australian team. We could not manage to get through it all as we lost to a Thai team that I thought we really should be beating. In the League we were amazing. We won all but two games these were draws and we only conceded nine goals all year.

Finances - We are doing ok here price money is really helping

Transfers - We brought in some very big players here that make us the best squad in the league

Stars of the Season

Pak Chol-Min - player from our youth team. He became the number one striker this year

Ri Myong-Nam - came in and made a huge difference on the wing.

Jang Kwang-Song - maybe our most consistent defender he was excellent all year

Next Season

I think the main aim this year will be to get another title on the board. I would also like to get the cup again. A few points in the Champions League would be nice. The main aim is really to sort the squad out. I need to get some of the youngsters out on loan and shrink my first team squad a little.

Ch'ongjin Chandongja Sports Club - End of 2027 Season - Premier League

Competitions - the League season this year was not quite as good as last year but it still was pretty good. We lost one game, which was our penultimate game. We still smashed the league to pieces as we won with ease to record our third title. In the cup we breezed through and never really looked in any danger. For the first time we were double Champions in North Korea. The Champions League was really interesting as won four games and lost two, this was enough to see us into the second round. We lost against one of the biggest teams in China here.

Finances - We are going to need to start making some cash soon to support our facilities spending.

Transfers - not much happened here really, just a few guys in to help the squad a little bit.

Stars of the Season

Pak Chol-Min - once again this boy was brilliant. He has even been capped now. Quickly becoming a club legend.

Ri Myong-Nam - had an even better season than last year, he is the absolute creative force for us

Ri jong-Hyok - has returned to his best this year being as good as he was a couple of years ago

Next Season

I think we have reached the point now where we look better than any other team in North Korea so its really going to be a focus on the Champions League and building the facilities up. We need to get some of these young lads into the first team squad.
