Assist Manager Advices During the Match

The only way to access the advices from the Assist Manager is watching Key Highlights? I play watching the full match and I couldnt find this "The Dugout":

For some reason (I can only imagine its accidental) they don't let us access the assistance advice whenever we want. Of course it does pop up while the match is playing but it disappears too quickly.

Use this mod to access it at any time during the match:
