[Suggestion] Make tiredness level as game progresses real

Nowadays the majority of Athletes playing in professional sports, have really great Stamina and are able to go on and on for a lot longer than in the 90s.

However in FM there is no difference in your physicals and technicals between full green heart at minute 1 and red heart in the 119th minute in regards.

I feel that should change, make Stamina actually matter and get players slower and clumsier as the energy levels drop.

That would reduce the efficacy of the OP Gegenpressing, and most important, will give a real feel of the game as the final minutes approaching, makes subs even more important.
