Hi I can't seem to start a game as a nation but I can apply and receive job offers from nations

Hi @alex.mcnally05, thanks for your post. 

International management is not available when starting a new career unless you have either purchased or unlocked the International management Store item. This can be unlocked by winning an international competition in an existing save, once you have done this the option to start a new game as manager of a nation will be available.

If you have unlocked this store item and are still unable to start a career in charge of a particular nation then we would consider that to be an issue and will investigate further.
