under review Subs glitching

Hi, so when I make Subs from time to time it will bug/glitch out so for example I’ll be trying to sub Kane for Scarlett and the player on the bench (Scarlett) will turn into the players on the pitch (Kane) this will then not swap the players but will put me with two subs left

I have had this happen in multiple games and two different career saves

i have attached a picture below off this happening in one off my saves
