Major new loan/free transfer bug ??

hey, so if this has already been mentioned i apologize but having searched the forum and google i couldn't see anything 

so playing as norwich and had a great season with oliver skipp on loan from tottenham becoming one of my fave players of the save 

now the season is over i wanted to try and keep him for my first year in the prem so go into loan offer and get this screen , to which i just submit the offer thinking they will flat out reject anyway 

 

they come back a few days later , rejected ok fine , still would like him on loan . then another couple days or so and he returns to spurs and i think lets put another cheeky loan bid in 

 

to my surprise i land on this screen  with the loan button greyed out ..hes still listed for loan , so ok lets just click accept demands..

 

again shocked by whats happening it brings me to the contract screen , offer in and accepted . 

 

 then get another screen i haven't seen before directly after offering the contract , still saying loan move ,for some reason ?

 

then he accepts and he comes in for 350k . kind of feels like i've cheated the game without meaning to which has taken the shine off of an amazing season.  i really don't feel like carrying on with this save now. Honestly never post but constantly read all of the bugs and now with this and the 300m transfer bug , this update is broken . roll on fm22 i guess

This needs to be reposted in the Transfers and contracts sub forum of the main FM 21 Bugs forum, with a save game from just before this issue so that it can be replicated.
