under review Taking over training issue

My friend setup an online Xbox game with 3 of us and since the beginning of the save none of us except him have been able to take over training. Whenever I go into the training section and click “Y” to swap to manager training it flips instantly back to ass manager then when I go to staff responsibility and try change it that way it says role delegated to manager but I still can’t take charge? The guy who set it up can but us other two can’t? I’ve asked him to make me admin and that doesn’t work either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as just been sacked and need Vallacano to bring me back to European glory. 😂

Ps two of us are on series X 1 of us is Xbox one, it’s our 4th season

Same problem with session with my friend. 

If i playing on his "server" he can take over training but not me and when i create i can take over training but he can´t.

Please FIX it :)
