Lag fixed

Hey guys .

The game was lagging for 3 years now . 
i bought a new Notebook but Always the Same . 
Last Night i found the Solution .

the Game Always was just smooth if i played in the windowed Mode. 

Then i looked in the task Manager . When i Played the Game in full screen, there Are 3 Programms open from AMD . I just closed them while i am playing and the lag is gone. 
maybe if You have a Intel on Board graphics, you have to Look for a Intel program While you are playing. 
for me , that was the Problem.
