In Game Store Steam - unable to checkout

Hi,

A few weeks ago I was able to purchase a couple of items from the in game Touch store for FM 2021 using Steam, I’m trying to checkout a new stadium for £0.99 however every time I try to checkout it just indefinitely stays on 'processing'.

If I exit screen and try again the in game store won’t even load.

I have tried clearing download cache in Steam, reinstalling the game, and verifying cache for the game and the issue persists.

FM 2021 Touch version is 21.4.

Can someone help advise/troubleshoot?
