Want to have a Ballon D’Or winner

I’m about to start up a new save. My target is two things for my wingers:

1) Too see if I can win the Ballon D’Or for one of my players in the winger position

2) To get as high season average as possible for my winger position. 

So I’m planning to start up a save with a team that has a potential Ballon D’Or candidate in the winger position (PSG, Liverpool, Bayern, Barcelona, Dortmund etc.)

So to my question. Can you give me some advice for at tactic that will make it more likely. 442, 433, 4231, 343 etc. and do wingers normally perform best as IW, RMD, IF or Winger?

They can perform best with all 4. But you need to make sure they're capable of doing the role.

Thanks. I’m only about to start up a new save so I have not chosen a specific tactic yet.(that’s part of my question) and wanted to hear if people have experience if players like Sancho, Salah or Manè perform better in a specific system or role.
