Groups with League table

Thanks for choosing to read this post.

I'm creating a big database with over 1,000 new teams but I'm struggling with the youth section.

I have the "NXT Gen Cup"(Catchy I know) and it has 64 divisions with the top 4 from each division competing in the post season play-offs for the cup.

Within these division I want to split the teams into 2 groups of 10 (Which alternates each year for variety of teams or to have cross groups games - If I can get that to work - If you know how to do this that would be great). However, I have been trying to get a league table for both groups so I can have one champion for the two groups but I'm struggling to get it to work. Adding it as a Stage after the groups hasn't worked for some reason. 

Any help would be great thanks
