Stuniverse Posted April 7, 2021 Share Posted April 7, 2021 (edited) I’ve probably posted all of these previously at some point but here is my wish list for FM: Not necessarily in any order of priority, I would like to see: To have an agent to help me with my career plan, to advise which job vacancies I might be considered for, plus the ability to hire and fire my agent To be able to manage U18 and U23 teams to give a different perspective to career development, but also just to be able to manage youth teams An improved and more immersive experience as an International manager. Currently there’s significant differences between what you can do as a club manager and international manager I’d like the ability to use my career earnings to pay for coaching badges myself (maybe during the off-season or whilst unemployed) I’d love to see women’s football in FM at some point in the future.
