GUI Issue

Note: Only noticed now, this is in the wrong section. Should be in FM21 Desktop Section

I'm having a strange issue that GUI related. 
I'll attach images to show what I'm talking about (1. png and 2.png)

I've experimented with many different graphics settings and no change; same issue on full screen or windowed. 

Now, what's strange is that I've no issues when I load up a different save, the issues disappear.

I've a sneaking feeling my save file is corrupted. Let me know what you need me to do if you need more info

Same issue here, happens quite often and ruins the whole save.
As fas as I can tell the other text says "Unknown" in every field.

Already deleted but still not working:
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\Caches
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\Preferences

With new save everything is fine.
