Can 2 people play online and manage the same team at the same time?

Me and my friend are looking to play online for the first time, it is possible that we both manage the same team( Barca b) at the same time? if so will it be possible for both of us to look at the 3d games at the same time? can someone please explain me how this works?

You can't manage the same team at the same time, but if the matches for the teams you're each managing are at different times, you can attend the other match and watch it.
