Regarding Tactical Attributes : Am I right about the below?

Attacking - The higher the figure, the more likely the manager will play an attacking style?

Depth - The higher the attribute the bigger the squad the Manager builds and the more Squad Rotation they'll employ?

Directness - Higher the figure the more direct they like their teams to play?

Dirtiness Allowance - Higher the figure the more likely a manager is to tell their players to play dirty

Flamboyancy - Higher the figure, the more likely the manager will encourage / tolerate players to use Flair

Free Roles - The higher the figure the more the manager encourages players to roam

Marking - Higher the figure the more likely the manager is to employ a man marking system?

Offside - Higher the figure the more likely the manager is to employ an offside trap

Pressing - Higher the figure the more likely the manager will want his players to press

Sitting Back - The higher the figure the more the manager likes to have a deep defensive line

Tactical Knowledge - Higher the figure the more of a tactician the manager is

Tempo - Higher the figure the more a Manager likes a quick passing game

User of Playmaker - How likely the Manager is to employ a playmaker, or two?

Use of Subs - I've never been sure if a higher figure indicates who good a Manager is at making subs or how likely he is to make subs

Width - Higher the figure the more likely the manager is to employ width.

The ones I am especially stuck n understanding are :

Depth and Flexibility (how likely a manager is to play players out of position? Or how likely a manager will deviate from their preferred formation etc?)

Regarding Non-Tactical Attributes, do the non-tactical attributes effect the Chairman stats in terms of Discipline etc?

Finally, the clubs tactical attributes. Are these flexible? Are these what the fans / board like to see or just the way the club is likely to play at the start of the game and it changes as the game goes on??

You've got most of them right, but Depth governs the defensive line slider - there's a rotation attribute that I assume controls the squad depth and rotation frequency. I don't know about flexibility - might be how willing the manager is to change his tactics for new situations (only a guess).

Sitting back is the time wasting option.

Pressing is for the closing down sliders

Flamboyancy I think is for the creative freedom sliders.

I saw a thread somewhere where someone figured out all the tactical links using tacgrabber, if I can find the link I'll post it. Don't know about the non-tacticals.
