help with 4-2-3-1

Hey guys! I've made this 4-2-3-1 and it's working quite well, I moved from last to first division but I'm a little bit struggling now, cpu started playing almost always with 4-2-3-1 versus me and I need to switch to a 4-1-4-1 DM cautious to make points, if I play with this 4-2-3-1 vs another 4-2-3-1 I almost always lose even if the opposition team is weaker, do you have any suggestions to improve it? Worst players here are the AML and the DLP, worst because the sometime get low rates more than others
