League Reputation List Filters

My request is that 2 further ways to filter the World Competitions Reputation List (Leagues list):

1. Be able to filter playable leagues only - For example the ability to filter out leagues below the Italian Serie C, as you cannot select Serie D as a manageable league at the start

2. Be able to filter to selected leagues in the Save - ie. if i only have the english leagues playable in my save, then the filter would only show the english leagues in the list.

 

This would be really helpful in creating long journeyman saves for most people that dont have the RAM to load all leagues in at once.
