Rework the save system

I accidentally overwrote a 3 year save. I have multiple saves on the go and sometimes I get used to the muscle memory of which slot I'm saving if I stick in one save for a long time. Luckily I overrode a 3 year save with a much more important 11 year save, but doing vice versa would possibly kill my interest in the game.

Please change the save menu so that you only have the save slot you opened available to override unless you go into a different menu!
