Is Sugar Daddy unlockable this time around?

I'm currently at the start of the 2026-2027 Season with Wolves and have not received the option to let the billionaire takeover happen (though I did get the "owe you one" last season). In the meantime, I have won:

EPL x5

FA Cup x3

CC x3

Champions League x3

Europa Leage x2

CWC x1 (oddly the weren't held for a couple of years?)

Euro Super Cup x2

Comm Shield x3

And, if it matters, I have also been managing national teams for most of my time as Wolves manager.

There is a time limit involved in unlocking some areas - I expect you haven't hit the limit with that one and will find it unlocks within a season or so ..
