Employing Staff amendments - International Management

I cannot stress how tedious it is posting Job Adverts and hiring Staff for International roles, especially for all of the 1st Team, B, U21, U20, U19 positions

Please can we have 'background staff' for National Teams who can can be assigned Roles to do the hiring and the firing - possibly even adding National specific background roles, much like the Owner, Chairman, Director at Club level - so like with the English FA having a Chairman, Chief Executive, General Secretary, etc. If anything I think this would bring another level of realism to International management, which a lot of people seem to ignore
