I have been trying to buy the team's stadium for around 5 years now. The board accepts the request and then I need to wait a year for the plans to be approved, but when the time comes, I get this annoying message every single time. The stadium is relatively small and the club is extremely wealthy, so how come they say they have no funds to buy it? How much does it cost? 1 billion? Thank you for your time!
