saintrainhard Posted May 19, 2021 Share Posted May 19, 2021 Director of Footbal can do some research and then give staff report card (scouting the staff) More detailed info about his/her strength and weakness (pro / con) Personality as strength How his personality suitable with club core personality High compensation as weakness/vice versa High salary as weakness/vice versa For staff with coaching role, can give approximate stars for his training speciality Badges for his license More insight/information what salary he required for certain position (example for Chief scout to be Scout, maybe he want but with higher salary) What role the best for tbe staff to fill in our club ?
