Currently the game date is July 4th 2022 and Detroit still holds NHL rights. Therefore I'd say the news item information should be adjusted to match the month stated in the Information screen? By the way, it's interesting Detroit is listed twice as an interested club Addition: The news item was displayed in message box on 2.7.2022 EVE, if it helps to debug the issue. Added a clip below.
